Estates Management record 2022/23 - Notification log
HESA issues regular communications during the life of a collection:
- Circulars: announcements to interested parties concerning or issues relating to the collection. Circulars are always made available on the HESA website for later reference, and emailed out to the mailgroup for the collection.
- Coding manual release overviews: these document iterative changes to the technical documentation that define the form of the data to be submitted, as well as being a place to host resources associated with collecting that data.
2024-03-20 Coding manual release - Version 1.4
The Commit, Final Commit and Sign Off dates within the data collection schedule have been moved back two weeks.
2024-02-07 Coding manual release - Version 1.3
The support guides have been added under the 'New to HESA or having problems?' section.
The guidance for the data collection schedule has been updated under the 'Commit' section.
The link to 'Defra conversion factors and guidance' has been updated throughout the C22042 coding manual.

The nil return sign-off form has been added under the 'Submission process and quality assurance' section.
The quality rules have been added under the 'Submission process and quality assurance' section.
