This records the reference period that the FTE is being recorded for. A value of 01, 02 or 03 would be returned based on which reference period is being recorded as below:



  • Reference period running from 01/08/YYYY-15/11/YYYY: 01

  • Reference period running from 16/11/YYYY-31/03/YYYY: 02

  • Reference period running from 01/04/YYYY-31/07/YYYY: 03


This combined with the ReferencePeriodStudentLoad.YEAR therefore identifies the reference period that FTE is being recorded for.
