| Notes | HE providers registered with the OfS that want to charge fees above the basic fee level are required to have an Access and Participation plan approved by the Director for Fair Access and Participation. Within the plans, HE providers commit to spending a proportion of their higher fee income on strategic measures put in place to address any gaps in outcomes they identify for particular student groups. Returning 01 in this field indicates that the financial support being recorded in this entity has been provided as part of this access and participation plan. This field only applies to English providers that are registered with the OfS in the Approved (fee cap) category and have an approved Access and Participation plan. |
