- Understand the key entities at a high level within the Student data model

- Recognise the capability of the HDP system and integration of the IMS.
- Understand how to request a tolerance change.
- Know how to complete the submission process from uploading a file to sign-off.

It is suitable for anyone who will be involved with the submission or quality assurance of this record.

- Understand how to use the Data Entry Tool.
- Name the stages of quality assurance the OVT facilitates.
- Know how to use the SID Calculator to generate a SID.
