2014-04-30 1.3 Person.NATION 1.1 The labels for valid entries BO, LY and VE have changed to 'BO Bolivia [Bolivia, Plurinational State of]', 'LY Libya' and 'VE Venezuela [Venezuela, Bolivarian Republic of]' to reflect the ISO-3166-1 and the National Statistics Country Classification (NSCC) standards. Where the label differs from the NSCC, the ISO-3166-1 label is given in square brackets.
2014-04-30 1.3 Person.REFUOA2014 1.2 The labels for the valid entries of three Units of Assessment have been updated in line with HEFCE's most recent terms for REF2014. '22 Social work and Social Policy' has changed to '22 Social Work and Social Policy', '26 Sports-Related Studies' has changed to '26 Sport and Exercise Sciences, Leisure and Tourism' and '28 Modern Languages' has changed to '28 Modern Languages and Linguistics'. Business rules 2 and 3 amended to enforce the coverage statement of the field. Additional guidance added to the notes section, clarifying that Research Excellence Framework (REF) information is required by the UK funding bodies to monitor the impacts of their policies on equality and that the letter within the valid entries denotes the multiple submission (if multiple submissions are made).

Person.REGBODY.Exception.2 added to provide a warning when all Activity.CCENTREs = 109 and no occurrence of Person.REGBODY (if exists) = 14.
