Following the recent Notification of Changes for the 2017/18 ITT in-year record, this document contains more of the technical details for the new data items.

| Notes |
This field should contain a Unique Reference Number (URN), as shown on Edubase. All School Direct trainees should be associated with a lead school. In some cases, for example where students are self-funded, trainees may not be associated with a lead school. In these cases, you must return 'Not applicable/not available.' Where the lead school does not have a URN, the below generic codes should be used
