This CPD-accredited course provides an introduction to the Graduate Outcomes Contact Details record, and it includes an overview of the data collection process. The course is ideal for colleagues who are new to the Graduate Outcomes Contact Details record and will cover the data items, submission and validation process the onward use of the data.

Learning objectives:

  • Describe the order in which the survey activities take place
  • Understand the key concepts behind the Graduate Outcomes Contact Details record
  • Name the key data items and know which ones must be submitted to HESA
  • Know how to submit graduates' contact details using the Graduate Outcomes provider portal
